Meeting You Where You Are
For over 40 years, I’ve had a simple purpose: to help your body heal itself naturally so you can get back to doing what you love.
My journey began with a deep fascination for how the human body works, which led me to Life Chiropractic College. Along the way, I’ve added specialized training in sports injuries and occupational health, but the core of my practice remains the same. Whether you are an athlete looking for peak performance, a commercial driver needing a DOT physical, or someone simply wanting to move without pain, our team is here to listen and help.
When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll usually find me outdoors—hiking, fishing, or enjoying life with my wife, Esther, our five children, and our seven grandchildren.

Jenna L. Ricker BS DC CME
Meet Dr. Jenna Ricker
Many patients feel stuck in a healthcare system that only treats symptoms. Dr. Jenna Ricker believes you deserve better. Her goal isn't just to help you find relief from pain, but to help you understand how your body functions so you can stay well for a lifetime.
A proud Georgia native, Dr. Jenna graduated magna cum laude from Life University. She brings a wealth of expertise to Meininger Chiropractic Clinic, specializing in gentle, effective techniques like Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, and spinal decompression. Because your health needs are unique, her care is always tailored precisely to you.
Beyond traditional chiropractic care, Dr. Jenna is a Certified Medical Examiner, trusted to perform official DOT physicals for our community's commercial drivers. She also invests in the future of our profession by mentoring chiropractic interns through Life University's PEAK program.
When she isn't helping patients rediscover their health potential, you’ll find Dr. Jenna practicing Pilates, enjoying a quiet cup of tea, or spending time with her husband, Cole and their dog, Garnet.

Esther
DOT Physicals & Drug Tests
Esther has been a dedicated presence at the office throughout her 40-year union with Dr. Mark, stepping in as needed. Known for her quick wit and jovial nature, she often turns office visitors into lifelong friends. Her expertise lies in Chiropractic Awareness, Drug Tests and preparing for our DOT Physicals. If you're seeking your medical card, Esther is likely the first contact you'll make.
Beyond her professional role, Esther cherishes fishing, doting on her all her grandchildren, and unwinding at her cherished camper retreat in North Carolina.
Jennifer
Front desk
Meet Jennifer, the newest smiling face welcoming you at our front desk, though she’s certainly no stranger to the Meininger Clinic family. Jennifer’s story reads a bit like a well-traveled book; she was born out in California, spent a chapter of her life living in France, and eventually found her way to the red dirt of Georgia back in 2008. By 2009, she walked through our clinic doors as a patient, and she's been a part of our world ever since. She and her husband have been walking the road of marriage for 32 beautiful years, a journey that has blessed them with six children, seven grandbabies, and a bustling ranch they call home. When she isn’t keeping things running smooth as silk at the office, she’s out there tending to a regular Noah’s Ark: six dogs, two cats, two cows, one donkey, two goats, and about a billion Georgia ants she didn't invite but tolerates anyway.
Now, don't let the farm boots fool you—Jennifer is sharp as a tack. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education alongside an MBA in Organizational Leadership. For years, she used that big brain and bigger heart working for the state's licensing agency, crisscrossing Georgia to inspect child care centers, not to mention successfully managing five daycare centers on her own. But Jennifer will tell you she was just biding her time, waiting for the right moment to bring all that leadership, warmth, and grace to our front desk. She’s finally here, she absolutely loves it, and we reckon you will too the next time you walk through our doors; Meet Jennifer.
Jenice
Chiropractic Assistant
Jenice, who initially joined our office in the early 1990s, took a hiatus to focus on her family. We were elated when she rejoined our team in 2013. For those requiring therapeutic elements in their treatment plans, you can trust Jenice to guide you adeptly, whether it involves teaching the correct therapeutic methods or administering them herself. Known for her humor and infectious laughter, she's sure to uplift your spirits during your visits. She remains an invaluable member of our team.
In her personal life, Jenice and her husband David are proud parents to Micah, Matthew, and Savannah. Outside her professional commitments, her family is her primary focus.
Sarah
Personal Injury & Collections DOT Physicals & Drug Tests
Sarah started working at Meininger Clinic in September 2018 after relocating from California to Georgia to be closer to her family. In the office, she specializes in personal injury cases and collections. She also helps in all areas of patient care from scheduling and being a computer genius to assisting with therapies and preparing DOT physicals.
She is married, with a 16-year-old daughter and an 11-year-old son. She is a Christian who loves God and her country. Some of her hobbies include crafting, yoga and pilates. One of her favorite things to do is to go on walks with her family, enjoying nature and her family’s company.
Wanda
Chiropractic Assistant
Meet Wanda a welcomed member of the Meininger Clinic of Chiropractic team in McDonough. Transitioning from a rewarding teaching career, Wanda seamlessly integrates her dedication and warmth with her newfound role in healthcare. In addition to her educational acumen, she specializes in therapeutic treatments like ultrasound, EMS, Interferential, traction modalities, and vibratory percussion. These therapies not only underscore her versatile skill set but also provide immense satisfaction and relief to her patients. With her background and therapeutic offerings, she ensures patients feel comprehensively cared for – both in understanding and in physical comfort. Her adaptability, passion to serve others, and unique fusion of teaching experience with therapeutic expertise make her an essential pillar of the Meininger Clinic team.
